Christopher Stephen Welch is a former Canadian voice actor best known for providing the voice of Miles "Tails" Prower in the 1993 animated series Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. Born in Canada, Welch began his brief entertainment career as a child actor in the early 1990s.
