Hiroshi Fukutomi (Fukutomi Hiroshi, 福冨 博, July 25, 1950, former name: 福富 博 (same reading)) is a Japanese animation director born in Kōchi prefecture. His wife is animator Kazuko Fukutomi (福富和子).
He joined A Production (currently Shin-Ei Douga) after dropping out of Tokyo Designer Gakuin (currently Tokyo Net Wave).
