Uriel Baldesco

Uriel Baldesco (born March 31, 2001, in Tacloban, Philippines) is a Filipino-American actress. She moved to the US at an early age and began acting professionally as a teenager after taking theater classes. Her best-known role is Lucia Baxter, whom she played in 35 episodes of the Nickelodeon sci-fi series I Am Frankie (2017). This role made her known to an international audience.
