Kei Haneoka (羽岡 佳, Haneoka Kei, August 5, 1977) is a Japanese composer and arranger from Tokyo. He is affiliated with Creek, Ltd., and is an associate composer in Nichion.
After graduating from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Music (composition major), he worked on composition of instrumental works for TV, radio, commercials and stage.
