James Noel Mooney (1919-2008) had been involved with comics from almost the beginning of the Superhero time — for over 50 years, a true legend in the field. Jim Mooney worked with Fiction House, Marvel, DC and many more. He sometimes inked under the pseudonym Jay Noel.
